Improving the competitiveness of Vietnamese joint stock commercial banks

Abstract

There are four main chapters in this thesis. In chapter one, we will study some theories model of competitiveness evaluation, and then to construct a research model or a measuring tool for evaluating the competitiveness of commercial bank. In chapter two and chapter three, we will analyze real operation of commercial bank and evaluate the competitiveness of commercial banks based on real research. In chapter four, we base on research results, and refer experiences for improving the banking operation from abroad and in Viet Nam in order to have real suitable solutions for improving the competitiveness of commercial banks
