dc.description.abstract | This study aims to measure the impact of independent variables including The Job Itself,
Career Development, Relationship with Management, Compensation and Benefits, Work
Environment, and Teamwork on Employee Job Engagement with Employee Job
Satisfaction as mediator.
A sample of 325 respondents, who are currently working for AMOs in Vietnam, is used
for data analysis. The results indicate the significant relationship between all independent
variables and dependent variables, except for Career Development. Work Environment
and Teamwork directly influence Employee Job Engagement without the mediating role
of Employee Job Satisfaction. And The Job Itself has both direct and indirect influences
on Employee Job Engagement.
The research results also draw recommendation for practice and improvement in AMOs’
human resources management. Furthermore, as there is a lack of empirical studies about
the relationship between variables of Employee Job Satisfaction and Employee Job
Engagement, the study also gave further insights into the area. | en_US |
