Business analysis and valuation: Traphaco joint stock company (TRA-HOSE)

Abstract

The importance of pharmaceutical products in human life is absolutely undeniable. Thus, pharmaceutical industry seems to growth continuously. One of successful domestic pharmaceutical companies in Vietnam is Traphaco Joint stock company. They have, years after years, proved themselves by achieving the position among top high-growth firms. As a consequence, many investors start to pay attention to Traphaco’s stocks. Here emerge a few questions: whether this investment will reap good return? Whether Traphaco’s stocks appear at true value? With the purpose of proposing adequate answers, this thesis is established by evaluating firm’s intrinsic value and its stock price. In this thesis, there is analysis of Traphaco’s financial statements and key financial ratios. Then, based on previous analysis, forecast of company’s prospect is deprived. The technical work also involves taking into consideration Traphaco’s strategies and industry’s overall performance for more precision.
