dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted with the aim to explore the main factors which have an influence on “behavioral intention to use Facebook for supporting teamwork/group work of Business Administration students in Ho Chi Minh City” and relationships between these factors. Five main factors used in this research are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, attitude and behavioral intention to use. Vietnamese questionnaires were distributed to survey and collect data from 342 respondents in 5 different Universities in Ho Chi Minh City. The research was tested by EFA, CFA and SEM (AMOS) to analyze data and examine the proposed research model. The result indicates that perceive usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment are related to user’s attitude and toward the behavioral intention to use Facebook as supportive learning tool. In addition, this paper also proposes some recommendation for web-based learning designer such as Universities to have more great idea to improve the page which can support and attract students’ learning. Furthermore, some limits exist in this study and the author also gives recommendation for developed and improved related research in the future.en_US
