Imexpharm.(IMP), as a case study to examine how bright the pharmaceutical industry will be and the way how each individual firm like IMP can contribute for this industry. The Porter 5 forces model and PESTEL.model were used in this research for industrial analysis step.
Financial analysis was applied with horizontal, vertical, common side and ratio analysis plays a very important role in valuation IMP’s stock price as well as firm value.
In conclusion, there are still mistakes in this research because the economy is fluctuating, there is no exactly method can forecast evens. Moreover, the characteristics of each company is different, we cannot apply the same growth rate for every firms in the same industry. Therefore conclusions and recommendations are references for other research and people who care about this industry. | en_US |
