Reducing cost is big which is interested of business companies; transportation cost is as a part of them. In this paper, we apply transportation problems to transport coffee in PETEC company in such a way as to decrease the transportation cost and the distribution of goods is met the requirement. There are lots of methods to solve this problem; but in this research, I apply North – West corner method, Linear 3 programing, Vogel approximation, The Minimum Cell Cost Method. After applying these methods, we can build models problem from which we can plan to distribute goods in the month so that the transportation cost is minimal. In conclusion, the research finding helps the company in solving reducing transportation cost and providing an optimal solution in a simple and effective manner Keywords: Transportation problem, optimal solution, Vogel’s approximation, linear programing, North – West corner, least cost.en_US
