| dc.description.abstract | Starting from the popular of Internet and Social network, e-commerce and online shopping has become a successful business model and expanded in Vietnam and worldwide. Many of researches in this topic have been conducted in countries however only several studies have been made in this field for Vietnamese market, especially in Ho Chi Minh City.
This research aims to identify factors that may influence customer’s online shopping satisfaction in Ho Chi Minh City, including those which are ignored by prior studies, from the perspective of total online shopping experience.
The literature review comprises of theoretical framework for the research model, the measurement of seven factors mentioned in the model, and questionnaires for the study of customer’s online shopping satisfaction.
After collecting data, SPSS software was used for analyzing the primary data. The results showed that the following factors Information quality, Website design and Delivery have positive impact on online shopping customers’ satisfaction.
Although there are still limitations in terms of this study, the author hopes that the research findings could be a useful source of reference for managers of e-commerce websites when they want to improve service quality and increase Customer satisfaction.
