Deployment of radio frequency identification (RFID) system has been rapidly growing and has the potential to affect many different industries and application such as: tracking and identification, payment and stored value systems, access control, anti- counterfeiting. In this thesis, a prototype of RFID reader system working at 125 KHz frequency was designed and successfully implemented by using EM4095 chip as radio frequency interface. A prototype of RFID reader system corresponding to EM4094 chip working at 13.56 MHz frequency and methods of antenna design were also proposed.en_US
