How VURV technique can improve and benefit nestle VN e-recruitment
Abstract
The skills and abilities of a company‟s employees are a prerequisite for the
enterprise to be innovative. The companies needed to develope internally and
externally labor force. However, it is difficult to recruit internally and externally the
labor especially in a multinaional company with a huge labor force like Nestle
Company. At Nestle Viet Nam, there are some problems with the old e-recruitment.
So, this company will apply Vurv Technique to improve its e-recruitment. Vurv is
supported that it‟s feasible and applicable to assist recruitment exercise. Vurv was
considered the useful and competitive tool in this information technology age. The
examples of Nesle India and Unilever Viet Nam showed the implications and
applications of Vurv for Nestle Viet Nam. Therefore, this research analyzes how the
Vurv Technique can improve and benefit Nestle Viet Nam e-recruitment. The results
will be presented from quantitative and qualitative research. For quantitative anlaysis,
a survey is implemented at India of Nesle India. It showed the e-recruitment trends
that can be identified within the company examined. For qualitative analysis, the
internal interview and the analysis of other companies which applied successfully
Vurv technique. This results will help us to know the insight understanding of Vurv
technique within the company. For the future trend of technology, Vurv technique
will help Viet Nam to enhance the effectiveness of e-recruitment system.
