dc.description.abstractMost of companies in Viet Nam always want to have high-skilled employees and attract a lot of talent labor. To do that, we find how to satisfy employee and how to make them work effectively. The purpose of this study is that find out these factors relating working conditions which affect employee satisfaction in Phuoc Thinh Paper Joint Stock Company. To evaluate it and then define which is main problem to cause low employee satisfaction and reduce productivity in employee’s performance. In order to have data to analyze, we use questionnaire and interview employee in factory because we just survey satisfaction of employees who work in work -shop. The questionnaires are distributed to 50 employees in Phuoc Thinh Company, the respond rate is 100% so we can evaluate these factors of employee satisfaction clearly and correctly. From data analysis, I found that two main problems influence employee satisfaction that achievement and physical environment of company. With this results, managers can improve satisfaction level in organization.en_US
