dc.description.abstractThis study evaluates the performance of human resource department of Manh Cuong Company by analyzing the activities; policies on recruitment, salary, training, job analysis…By knowing the causes for problems, the solutions are suggested to improve the effectiveness of human resource department in Manh Cuong Company. This research use primary data collected from the survey which is the questionnaire delivered to about 50 employees of Manh Cuong Company. Those data will be adjusted and analyzed by using SPSS and Microsoft Office Add-ins application such as Excel. Based on the results from collected data, this study will discuss and evaluate the performance of the human resources department of Manh Cuong Company and some suggestions and solution will be made in order to improve the performance of human resources department in management and employees’ working quality as well.en_US
