dc.description.abstractThis research aims to measure the impact on independent variables including Pay, Promotion Opportunities, Relationship with Supervisor, Fringe Benefit and Nature of Work on Organization Commitment through Job Satisfaction. The sample of 261 respondents mostly in IU was used to collect data and analysis the result. As the result, there is a significant effect of Independent variables on Job Satisfaction, all hypothesis is supported. If the research just analyzed the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organization Commitment, there is positive relationship. In another case, if all previous variables were used to evaluate the variability of the dependent variable, job satisfaction did not really affect organizational commitment. Instead, Pay, Fringe Benefits and Nature of work will directly effect on organization commitment. Instead, Pay, Fringe Benefits and Nature of work will affect directly the organization and other factors will affect indirectly. The results provide some suggestions for companies that need it to improve their human resources. Besides that, because of the time and sample limitation, there are some recommendations will be given out for who concern about it in further study.en_US
