The research studies factors having most strong impact on intention of switching among Vietnamese young users toward cloud storage rather than traditionally client-computer storage. Cloud storage is one of the most popular branches of cloud computing, which offers users a huge storage capacity based on cloud technology. There are some large corporates providing this services are Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive, Apple iCloud and so on. The objective of this research is to determine perspective of Vietnamese young IT users towards cloud storage, and which non-function factors have strongly impact on switching intention to those users. The Pull-Push-Mooring Framework associated to migration theory are applied to this studies due to theirs resemble and reasonable characteristics. There are eight constructs to measure the intention of switching, which are social norm, performance risk (push effects), learning cost, setup cost and security concern (mooring effects), critical mass, relative usefulness and expected omnipresence (pull effects). The target sample for this studies is young Vietnamese from 18-30, with the sample size of 301 valid respondents by longitudinal survey. Also, this research used structural equation modeling (SEM) (employing AMOS 20.0 version) to analyze the data. In conclude, there are three constructs deleted out of the model due to P-value in SEM analyzing too high (over 0.05), they are social norm, learning cost and security concern.en_US
