dc.description.abstractThe Internet is growing rapidly and strongly than ever before which leads to the growth in e- commerce business. In other words, e-commerce business is one of the hottest trends that every firm wants to put their products on the Internet. The profit from e-commerce is massive and huge that makes this business more potential. Vietnam is not the exception where have a lot of e-commerce companies such as Hotdeal, Lazada, Sendo, etc,. However, there is lying a problem in this business especially in Vietnam. Most of customers are aware of privacy concerns when making an online purchase due to the low level of security which is often taken for granted in developing countries including Vietnam. Therefore, this paper is going to show how impact of privacy concerns on trust and perceived – risk and how these two variables affected on customer attitude and intention when purchasing online.en_US
