In this study, the six factors that is considered to have impact on the satisfaction and loyalty of trekking tourists in Vietnam have been determined and the relationship among these contexts. A five-point Likert scale questionnaire has been developed to measure the theoretical concepts and given out to the trekkers in Vietnam. More than 200 online and offline surveys were collected in different places in Vietnam. The collected data set tends to perform the positive relationship between multi-dimensional values, trekker satisfaction and destination loyalty after several quantitative tests. As trekking tourism is showing a growing trend in the adventure tourism sector, it is essential to take it into account for understanding more about its consumers. Even though this relationship models have long been studied by many authors, this research appears to be one of the first papers putting this conceptual framework into the trekking tourism sector in Vietnam. Therefore, it will not only contribute to the trekking tour operators or Vietnam’s tourism industry as a whole but also to further researches as the values of the tourists are proved to have significant impact on their enjoyment and behavioral intentions. In addition, several recommendations are stated in the research for the tourism organizations to attain higher tourist satisfaction and loyalty.en_US
