Suntory PepsiCo is one of the biggest companies in foods and beverages. Because of providing fast- moving products, they focus much on improving their transportation systems to fulfill the customer’s demand. In Ho Chi Minh city, the driver who takes responsibility in delivering basing on the customer’s order usually does not have a certain route. A route can be chosen and changed if there is an unexpected situation during the way. Therefore, customers do not always receive their orders in the opening time. The purpose of this project is to find out an optimal routing network to minimize the delivering time without violating some constraints such as the capacity of the truck, the time window of the customer. Simulated Annealing (SA) algorithm was mainly used to solve this problem. Keywords: vehicle routing problem (VRP); simulated annealing (SA); time window delivery; split load delivery; fast- moving consumer goods (FMCG).en_US
