| dc.description.abstract | Viet Nam is one of the largest dragon fruit exporters in the world. The quality guarantee is a complex task and it plays an important role in product quality assessment. In order to get the quality standard and reduce the risk of dragon fruit in Viet Nam, the quality management need to be improved. The main purpose of this research mention about the relationship of quantities by using some analytic methods, based on that to determine the volume of dragon fruit. The study proposes two case of calculations, the volume of dragon fruit without sepal and the volume dragon fruit with sepal, the accuracy of the volume calculation is verified by t-test. On the other hand, this research also detects the common defect of dragon fruit which is also recognized through image inspection. As the result, the defected quantity is got rid of the process and the processing time is faster.
