dc.description.abstractWith a very promising year coming up in 2019, pangasius export is expected to increase and grow more strongly, along with it, the cost for supply chain is expected to drop down. To reduce the scope in term of the limited time, Hung Ca Co.operation, one of the largest pangasius firms in Dong Thap with the highest production rate, was chosen to be studied and analyzed. This study, then, try to study and forecast the demand for pangasius export in 2019 for Hung Ca Cooperation, from that determine the volume to export and calculate the transportation cost for the supply chain for Hung Ca Cooperation. The paper considers 2 cases for the supply chain, the current one and the future one with Cai Cui port to be international port.
