dc.description.abstractIn industry 4.0 era, the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and e-financial was create a firm premise for the common of m-payment method in modern life. By combining the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Expectation Disconfirmation Model (EDM), the research examined the main factors. that directly influence to the continue intention to use m-payment of consumers, especially financial services of m-payment on smartphone. To have a generous view into Vietnam financial market, study had been conducted in one of the biggest cities in Vietnam – Ho Chi Minh city with the wide range of demographic objectives. Basing on the support of SPSS Statistics 22.0 and AMOS graphic 22 software, the research was concluded by surprising consequence about the Vietnam consumer’s intention in financial industry, which is hopeful to be valuable reference for any business or further research in this field.
