Warehouse is an important part of the company. And order picking and put away product are the main task in warehouse operations. Despite being a foreign company that has been developing for many years, Friesland Campina Vietnam still faces many difficulties in order picking and put away process. The current situation of the warehouse is that the total distance traveled in the warehouse is too high, but the distance traveled creates a low value. Instead, there is a lot of empty space. This proves that planning and routing for forklifts in warehouse is not good. By flexibly applying the classic VRP mathematical model in the warehouse, we helped the company reduce the total travel distance to 30%, of which the empty travel distance is only 40% and the travel distance created. 60% of the value. In addition, we also recommend the optimal number of forklifts of 12 vehicles, the number of excess forklifts that can be transferred to another segment for use. We also analyze and evaluate the factors that affect Environment, social and economic impact.en_US
