dc.description.abstractLogistics in Vietnam is known as a rapid developing industry that appeared in almost any production and supply chain activities. This sector contributes significantly to the economy of the country. Moreover, transportation has always been an integral part of logistics whether that is the production, supplement, or service sector. So, the Vehicle Routing problem and its extensions which handle the optimization route for transportation and delivery, is a huge concern to any production or service company that related to cost of transportation activity. Evolving with the development of online service industry, online shopping has incredibly grown more than ever. This is not only an opportunity for economic development but also a challenge for company as there exist many risks in purchasing such as counterfeit, customer information disclosure and customers barely have any sense of products appearance and delivery status until it has been delivered to their door. The purpose of this study is building a model that can solve the Vehicle routing problem with and without time window in accordance with customer requirements to minimize travelling distance and cost of the delivery for the company. Also, Improved K-mean clustering and Elbow method will be used to reduce the size of the problem depending on the location of customers in comparison to warehouse to reduce the solving time of the problem.en_US
