dc.description.abstractWork-in-process management or Production progress controlling is a big problem on each manufacturing factory globally. The WIP control approaching, production process strategy are key factors highly affecting the development of production organizations. It is realized that is a root cause of low productivity and need to have methods to manage optimally. Therefore, industrial engineers have learned and applied the Kanban and RFID systems to improve the overall WIP as well as improve productivity. But these two methods still have some limitations and the data reliability on in cannot be fully trusted when applying in mass production such as in garment industry. In that context, Blockchain is a new tool providing a higher possibility of authentication, traceability, and transparency with the most reliable data by real-time recording. Then, based on those unique characteristics, a framework model will be proposed to track the WIP flow and evaluate JIT in Esp. (Esprinta VN). This scope of model is connecting production data and visualizing on dashboard for progress observation with the most authentic and accurate numbers.en_US
