dc.description.abstractIn some recent years, Vietnamese standard of living is improved. Vietnamese is increasingly accustomed to shopping in supermarket or modern shopping mall. In addition, retail market in Vietnam is becoming a very attractive destination for many enterprises so that many enterprises at now are strictly competing with each other in order to hold market share. In the business operation of enterprise, distribution system plays an important role, especially with commercial enterprise. The aim of this thesis is to gain the deeper understanding of how distribution system can affect to the business operation of the enterprises. I have an opportunity to conduct this research in Nam Hung Long Company, the distributor of Philips electric household products. In order to have company evaluate the performance and recognize problems to improve, my research has been used some type of collecting data such as: interview, focus group in order to figure out some effective improvement for the performance of Nam Hung Long Company.en_US
