Improving the human resource management of ASIA shoes private enterprise
Abstract
This study recommends some suitable methods to improve HR management
of Asia Shoes Company to help it retain good workers. From that, it can sustain a rich work force for its manufacturing system.
Based on qualitative research method, in-depth interviews were used to collect data. The source of data stemmed from the HR department’s reports of the company, which were seen as primary data. Also, I used secondary data as the expert’s opinion on articles, journals, and internet as well. Besides that, a small questionnaire was applied in order to investigate biggest desires from the employees to the firm.
This Study helps Asia Shoes retain good workers as well as sustain a rich work-force for the company. It is a good reference for any company wants to get successful in managing and developing its staff of people, too.
