There are many companies of different sizes. However, companies with less than 100 employees have struggled to face risks after the Covid-19 pandemic to survive in a competitive market. Therefore, it is essential to determine the appropriate strategies for the company to maintain its operations when facing an after-pandemic and economic downturn. Human resources have a tremendous impact on the success and efficiency of businesses. Potential influencing factors (Organizational Learning, Organizational Creativity, Technology Innovation, and Entrepreneurial Business Performance) are considered to be related to Human Capital which is a theme highlighted by this study. By using quantitative methods, collected data from representatives of SMEs across industries (Technology, Transportation, Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing, and Mining; Real Estate Activities; Retail and Distributive Trade; Service Activities/Tourism, Manufacturing); and the PLS system was applied to test the hypotheses in the research. With this study, the effective use of Human Capital has a direct and indirect impact on the development of Organizational Learning, Organization Creativity, Technology Innovation, and Entrepreneurial Business Performance. In addition, the mediating role of these factors is confirmed to affect Human Capital and Business Performance. The paper also provides suggestions for businesses to identify the key influence of Human Capital in the organization. From there, companies can adopt the appropriate strategies to enhance and develop learning, creativity, technology innovation and sustain positive business outcomes.en_US
