The goal of research paper is to look into the role which corporate culture and structure play in improving knowledge sharing among large-sized enterprises in the Health & Beauty retail sector in Ho Chi Minh city. This research investigates the essence of the association between the 3 concepts – corporate culture, corporate structure, and knowledge sharing, and provides empirical data for the existence of such a relationship. A total of 273 eligible respondents are collected through an online survey for this quantitative research. The statistical program SPSS was next utilized to examine the data. Based on the results, factors such as Support & Collaboration and Leadership Commitment affect positively on Knowledge Sharing, yet Formalization and Centralization influence negatively on Knowledge Sharing. Meanwhile, it appears that Knowledge Sharing is not impacted by Learning and Development. The findings also present useful insights into steps that businesses may take to promote knowledge sharing among employees. The analysis's outcomes will aid businesses in establishing appropriate conditions for the sharing of knowledge. The research project, though, is restricted to the Health & Beauty retail industry in Ho Chi Minh City. Additionally, if the research is applied to different companies with a bigger sample size may boost statistical strength and generalizability.en_US
