There are some Lean tools such as Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Diagram, FMEA, etc. to identify the causes of the problem and apply Job shop on workload rebalancing to optimize completion time in operation. After applying improvement: - Cycle time was reduced by 7.13% - Leadtime was reduced by 2.48%. Additionally, the study provides an approach, analysis, and waste recognition to eliminate and develop standardized procedures for similar production lines.en_US
