Vietnam’s construction industry is developing strongly as the demand for tile and UPVC windows is rising. This thesis develops a Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) model which is solved by CPLEX to provide a solution for multisite production planning of a case study company which specializes in producing tiles and UPVC windows. The proposed methodology generated high quality production and dispatch plans when applied in reality. It can be reused repeatedly with changeable parameters. The impact of penalty costs on total cost also analyzed.en_US
