The purpose of this study is to conduct research and develop a simulation system based on a real model using ARENA simulation software. ARENA simulation software is a discrete event simulator and automation programme that uses the SIMAN processor and simulation language. The research and development will focus on examining and analysing the Inbound and Outbound processes in a warehouse, using data of the X company acquired onsite. This data will include a variety of UVC Chips, self-products, and a In the Outbound procedures, there are two cases: completely picked up and partly picked up. If a product is only partially picked up, it will be placed back into the racks via a process called "putting back." In the ARENA simulation, there are a number of modules that are used to form a model, such as the Create Module, the Process Module, the Decide Module, and so on. The model of this research also has these and other components. After creating modules based on the logic of the Conceptual Model, the system needs to be tested and run multiple times with many replications. Next, the model needs to be verified and validated in order to ensure that each module contained within the model is acceptable and that the system functions without any problems. The most time-consuming part of the research is figuring out how to ensure worker safety while operating forklifts in the warehouse. This holds up progress in many other areas as well, including the number of people who can be employed. Hence, developing a strategy for forklifts is required, and Interlock seems to be the solution to both the problem and the prevention of accidents. The primary reason for constructing two different models, the Original and the Improved, is to analyze the differences that have occurred over a very short period. As a direct consequence of this, the Interlock was approved and included into the system.en_US
