The essay's objectives are to increase the efficiency of delivery and receipt in the warehouse, reduce the rate of product loss (vegetables, tubers, fruits, etc.), raise the standard of fresh food products delivered to customers, and boost the efficiency of distribution centers by implementing the DMAIC cycle. The Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) and Lean approach employing straightforward procedures are the main objectives of the Six Sigma strategy for process improvement in the Lean - Six Sigma methodology. The thesis identifies the primary reasons of the issue during the determination phase (Define). The measurement phase (Measure) identifies the factors that contribute to yield loss, a high loss rate, and carries out the measurement. Throughout the analysis stage, the thesis thoroughly examines the minor factors that make up the major causes. The thesis implements rebalancing of lines, job design throughout the improvement phase (Improve). Control is conducted out during the Control phase, and a strategy for Control improvements is created. The assessment's findings also highlight the thesis' flaws and point in the right route for further research and improvement.en_US
