dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is evaluated the employees satisfaction at My Le Co. Ltd. Based on Herzberg’s Two Factor Theory that applying some factors of Hygiene factor and Motivation factor suitable for My Le Co. Ltd.
The main research is quantitative research in this study. Quantitative research through a questionnaire survey employees working at My Le Co. Ltd with a sample size n=90. After that, applying SPSS 18.0 program through reliability analysis of Cronbach Alpha and factor analysis EFA, last step is tested by linear regression.
The result of this study show that Hygiene factors (salary, working condition, relationship with superior, relationship with colleague) has more impact than Motivation factors ( natural working, opportunity) on employees satisfaction at My Le Co. Ltd. This result will help My Le’s manager having suitable policy for their employees.
Beside the above result, this study has some limitations. Overcome thesis limitations is the base premise for further research. | en_US |
