dc.description.abstract | With the overall purpose of studying the impact of human-being to the success
of companies in Vietnam throughout examining job satisfaction of employees in the corporations, this thesis used the subsidiary of Viet Thai International Joint Stock Company, Highlands Coffee Limited Company (HC), as a case study to examine the company’s employees satisfaction at five aspect, which are pay, benefits, promotion, reward and supervisor. The model of Spector (1985), which helps to identify five factors mentioned above and interaction between organization and employee turnover was used
in this research. The qualitative method was applied and the interview of twelve candidates was conducted, which includes nine employees and three employers in my investigation.
In conclusion, the supervisor is considered the factor that affects employee turnover most, since there are lots of complaint about store managers reported from not only the employees but also the management team (HRD). Therefore, some conclusions and recommendations were made in order to help the managers as well as workers to have the clearer picture of the problem of high employee turnover rate within the company so that the mangers of HC can find more suitable strategies to help the
