Improving service quality at Tam Phuoc industrial park: The case of Tin Nghia industrial park development joint - stock company (Dong Nai province)
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to measure the customer satisfaction of TIP’s customers about service quality in Tam Phuoc IP. The study is developed on data collected via surveys and interviews in order to find the advantages also disadvantages in TIP’s services. The findings could benefits to TIP and service system in Tam Phuoc IP. This thesis applied SERQUAL model, a popular model adapted theories of Parasuraman,
1988.
Moreover, interviews with managers in Tam Phuoc IP can let I understand generally B2B service sector. It’s different from B2C, and requires more complex conditions.
All of the results would be analyzed and discussed in this study, so that I can provide the some suggestions for TIP’s managers in order to improve performance of
TIP.
