dc.description.abstractThis study is focused to find what the key success factors affecting the satisfaction for footwear specialist store in Ho Chi Minh City. Small independent retailers developed quietly fast in last few years. The survey method is applied and questionnaires are distributed to respondents through the internet. The target population consists of customers who buy shoes in Vascara stores. Te results contribute to identifying how Vascara improve performance to maintain the satisfaction. Most respondents are satisfied with the store. However, Vascara should improve the performance of the salespersons in the rise the satisfaction from customer. It also enhances a good impression from the customers in regard to the quality and price of the shoes.en_US
