dc.description.abstract | To be survived in the highly competitive market, it is significant for any
businesses to retain their critical workforces. Employees today are people who hold the key to drive company to become the top performer among other competitors in the same field. Company can maintain its competitive advantage and achieve its objectives if employees are greatly satisfied and strongly committed toward their jobs. Nevertheless, keeping these keys is a big challenge and needs to focus on carefully because of the difference in perceived satisfaction of each employee.
The aim of this research is to find out and investigate factors that impact on employee intention to stay at Turner International Vietnam Company to give some recommendations that could be used for making employee not want to leave in the near future. To reach paper‟s goal, some previous literature are reviewed to come up with seven variables that may affect on decision of employee in this company context. Then, quantitative approach is conducted by delivering survey questionnaire to 200 critical employees who are strongest performers, have high potential, or are in critical jobs in the company. After that, the data collected from respondents are processed and analyzed via SPSS software for Window version 19 through several statistical tests which include descriptive statistics, reliability testing, factor analysis, correlation, and regression analysis. Finally, the research has been demonstrating that Turner International Vietnam Company‟s staffs tend to actively continue their jobs if company can strengthen communication channel, establish effective team building, reinforce job design, give more training and career development as well as provide sufficient pay and benefits. The paper is ended with some suggestions that the author hopes company can implement in
